Individual Telehealth Sessions
Couples Telehealth Sessions
At this time, only online Telehealth sessions are being provided. Office hours may resume at an undetermined date. When office sessions resume, fee for in-person sessions will be at a higher rate. Online Telehealth sessions will remain an option.
Length & Duration of Services:
Sessions are 50 minutes per hour. Often people attend weekly at first then titrate down to less frequent sessions. You determine the frequency, duration and length of each session with a minimum 50 minute hour being the minimum. There is no set expectation or requirement for frequency or duration and can be determined based on your needs. I will provide you with my recommendation after our initial meeting. There is never an obligation to continue with services. Returning clients are always welcome.
Individual Telehealth Sessions:
Fee is $100 for 50 minutes or any portion thereof. Additional time is $25 per each additional 15 minutes or portion thereof.
Couple Telehealth Sessions:
Fee is $120 for 50 minutes or any portion thereof. Additional time is $30 per each additional 15 minutes or portion thereof.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to session time. After that time 50% of fee for the missed or cancelled session will be charged.
Payment is due at time of service. Payment is accepted by credit or debit cards. All major credit cards are accepted; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
If you have been victimized, you may be eligible for California's Victim's Compensation program, which may cover full cost of your sessions. For more information or to apply for coverage, visit . Note that the incident does not have to be recent, and that it does need to currently cause you distress.
If you have an EBP that will allow you to pick your therapist. I will work with the EBP company to see if they will approve me for your sessions.
Currently, I do not take insurance for all other insurance companies. I can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbusement. Please contact your insurance company to determine if mental health services are covered and to verify the parameters; length of sessions, duration of treatment, amount reimbursable per session and overall per year, and if there are any co-pays. I will then work with your insurance company to ensure they obtain all the information needed from me for you to receive your full or partial reimbursement.
